CBS 2024 Presentation Guideline

The time, date, and the session of your presentation will be available soon on the program page.
Please be sure to confirm the latest presentation schedule in advance.

Keynote Speakers in Organized Sessions

Your presentation will be 30 minutes long, including Q&A.

Invited Speakers

Your presentation will be 20 minutes long, including Q&A.

Presenters in Organized Sessions and Regular Sessions

Your presentation will be 15 minutes long, including Q&A.
We recommend 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.

General Guidelines

The session chair will keep time and will moderate the Q&A.
Please bring and connect own laptop computer for your presentation.
There is a screen and the projector which has a HDMI input for image and sound in any presentation room.
If you need to use the connection other than HDMI, bring your own converter.
   CBS 2024 Organizing Committee cannot ensure the support of the connections other than HDMI.
The projector is suitable to both 4:3 slide and 16:9 slide.
   The 16:9 slides can be projected with the larger size.
Please be considerate of your fellow presenters by keeping to your allotted time slot.
  The chair will notify you if you exceed the allotted time and will interrupt any presentations that go over time.

All presenters should be in the presentation room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
Upon arrival, please make yourself known to the session chair.
Seating will be reserved for all presenters in the front row.
Please sit in this area to avoid any delays between presentations.
Please make sure your computer is connected to the projector.
Session rooms will be available starting at 8:30 a.m. and you will be able to preview your presentation at the venue during the break.
NO SHOW POLICY: If you do not attend the conference and present your paper, it will not be part of the conference proceedings uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
